COMMON QUESTIONS
Can't find your question?
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
Everyone is unique and requires different supports to succeed, especially clients with neurodiversities. I have taken courses specific to training clients with Down Syndrome, ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), Cerebral Palsy, non-ambulatory and more!
My certifications allow me to work with clients in a way that keep them physically safe and adapts to their sensory and/or social-emotional needs. The CBSE programing structure I use focuses not only on physical development but brain & body connectivity which increases my clients overall independence and confidence!
DO CAREGIVERS NEED TO BE PRESENT DURING SESSIONS?
I have over 12 years of experience supporting individuals with neurodiversities and I am CPR certified. Caregivers do not have to be present during training sessions, but are more than welcome to watch.
HOW MANY SESSIONS SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR?
You can sign up for as many training sessions or classes as you want! I recommend 3 sessions a week to develop consistency for clients and increase fitness goal progress!
WHEN DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?
Payments are flexible! You can purchase sessions by day, week or month. Purchasing in bundles are discounted!
WILL I BE CHARGED IF I HAVE TO CANCEL A SESSION?
Life happens, I get that! Contact me 24 hours before your session to reschedule or cancel without any fees.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE MY OWN EQUIPMENT FOR AT HOME SESSIONS?
No! I will be bringing over all equipment needed for each at home training session.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
For online training, equipment can be as simple as a backpack filled with books or a bottle of water! However, if you are looking for recommendations on equipment to purchase, an exercise mat, hand weights and resistance bands are great starter tools!
