The first step begins with contacting me!
I will send you the paperwork needed for me to best support your unique needs. During our first session will be a consultation; I will complete fitness screenings to collect data that will drive your individualized service plan, get to know/Q&A and allow time for scheduling future services.
Training three times a week is encouraged for developing a clients' routine and progress, but not required. Clients can train with me as much as they are willing and able!
